This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and canceling services purchased from Wilddyndetoxify.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date or delivery date, whichever is later. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Custom or special-order items may have different return periods as specified at the time of purchase. Installation services are subject to cancellation terms outlined in the service agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee for items returned in less than original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
For items that qualify for free return shipping, we will provide a return shipping label. Customers are responsible for securely packaging items to prevent damage during return transit.

Returns received without prior authorization may be delayed in processing or refused. Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for processing and refund issuance.

If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional return rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
For custom orders or items that have entered production, cancellation may not be possible, and standard return policy will apply after delivery. If cancellation is possible, a cancellation fee may apply to cover processing and production costs incurred.
Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow the following timelines:
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us. Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
In cases where items are returned damaged or not in original condition, we may deduct from your refund an amount reflecting the diminished value of the item.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process the return refund separately from the new purchase.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photographs of the defect or damage to expedite the process.
